चुनाव के बाद सत्ता में आते ही कालेधन पर केंद्र सरकार से कठोर कार्यवाही की अपेक्षा थी परंतु आज दो वर्ष बाद भी नौ दिन चले अढ़ाई कोष वाली निति पर केंद्र सरकार चल रही है । 2014 में सत्ता बदली परंतु व्यवस्था वही है । जो प्रयास विदेशी पूंजी निवेश प्रति केंद्र सरकार का है उसका 10% भी कालेधन के प्रति कठोर कार्यवाही का होता तो आज देश में पूंजी की कमी नहीं होती । अब वादे नहीं इरादे वाले समय न जाने कब आएगा ..?

कालेधन पर नित्य नया एक बड़ा रहस्योद्घाटन जो पिछले खुलासे को छोटा साबित कर देता है । पनामा के पन्नों में 500 भारतीय कारोबारी नेता अभिनेता पर जो बड़ा सनसनी खेज खुलाशा मिडिया द्वारा किया जा रहा है इससे आश्चर्यचकित होने की जरूरत नहीं है ऐसे खुलासे आज से बहुत समय पहले हो चुके है लेकिन वर्तमान मिडिया उस समय मौन था ।
2000 में पहली बार किसी भारतीय ने सार्वजनिक रूप से तथ्यों और आंकड़ो के साथ कालेधन पर सार्वजनिक रूप से देश की जनता को जागरूक करने का प्रयास किया साथियो आप सही दिशा में सोच रहे हो वो व्यक्ति और कोई नहीं आजादी बचाओ आंदोलन के राष्ट्रिय प्रवक्ता श्री राजीव दीक्षित ही थे जिनके नेतृत्व में कालेधन के खिलाफ एक बड़ी मुहीम भारत स्वाभिमान आंदोलन के रूप में देखने को मिली लेकिन देश का दुर्भाग्य कह लीजिये श्री राजीव दीक्षित जी की हस्यमय मृत्यु के कारण कालेधन का आंदोलन धीरे धीरे कमजोर होता चला गया । राजीव भाई ने देशवासियो को बताया भारत कभी गरीब देश नहीं था भारत की गरीबी का कारण कालाधन और भ्रष्टाचार है ।कालेधन का मुख्य कारण अंग्रेजो द्वारा निर्मित कर प्रणाली है जिसका उपयोग कर पहले अंग्रेज लुटते थे अब कालेअंग्रेज । भारत वासियो को लूटकर व्यापार के नाम पर अंग्रेज सारा धन इंग्लॅण्ड ले जाते थे और आज काले अंग्रेज नेता अभिनेता और कारोबारी भारत वासियो के खून पसीने की कमाई को लूट लूट कर विदेशी बैंको में जमा कर देते है अंग्रेजो ने ये व्यवस्था बनाई ही थी लूटने के लिए और इस व्यवस्था में लूट न हो ये हो ही नहीं सकता ।
राजीव भाई द्वारा 2009 में आरम्भ किया गया व्यवस्था परिवर्तन का आंदोलन 2004 आते आते सत्तापरिवर्तन बन कर दम तोड़ गया देश में कालेधन और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ मुहिम राजीव भाई के स्वर्गवास के बाद कुशल नेतृत्व आभाव में कमजोर पड़ गई । व्यवस्थापरिवर्तन के बड़े आंदोलन का दुखद अंत हो गया ।
सत्ता परिवर्तन के साथ चितंबरम गए जेटली आये मनमोहन गए मोदी जी आये लेकिन सता बदली व्यक्ति बदले परंतु व्यवस्था नहीं बदली कांग्रेस सरकार की नीतियों को आगे बढ़ाते हुए केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार ने कालेधन की घरवापसी की बजाय विदेशी पूंजी निवेश के पीछे भागने लगे ।
भारत की गरीबी का कारण कालाधन है वैश्विक आतंकवाद का कारण कालाधन है अतः अब वादे नहीं कालेधन पर निष्पक्ष कार्यवाही का समय है
इतिहास न तुमको माफ़ करेगा याद रहे पीढ़िया तुम्हारी करनी पर पछताएंगी यदि बाँध बनाने से पहले जल सूख गया धरती की छाती में दरार पड़ जायेगी ।
I appreciate your sentiments dear Surendra. There are RajiveS reborne and these revolutionary youth of this country will fight black money menace and corruption. Wait and watch. They do'nt trust BJP's false promise instead they demand firm action on black money.
Dear Mr Ram Jethmalani Ji, As part of the nation's middle class, (which is continually suffering high taxation owing to the nation's wealth having been dishonestly stashed away in tax havens abroad) I wish to express my sincere appreciation & deep gratitude to you for your efforts to force the PM & FM to bring back the black money as promised. It is indeed shameful that these worthies have chosen to shield the corrupt from the consequences of their crimes in stashing black money abroad, which as we all know has led to less public services and high taxation for honest taxpayers amongst the nation's teeming millions wallowing in misery while politicians & the rich get richer. i appreciate ur working in matter , but the fact is u know that black money will never come , nd ur using this matter to get publicity , if land bill would hv passed , than govt would hv automatically route this black money/ f.d.i to business houses to buy big lands nd raise big townships nd industry to churn out new educated youths money by giving them high life , its big game .& i know u know this .
